|Harry Potter: My Thoughts|
What the prophecy says is only significant because Voldemort made it so. Not all prophecies are fufilled. Given this two sentences, don't you think its possible that in the end One does not have to kill The Other? The Prophecy by its very nature is a double edged sword. Most prophecies have
more than one meaning. Often several possible outcomes. It has occurred to
me that there is another possible of the prophecy.
"He will have power the Dark Lord knows not..." This is Love.
Love is not a one way street. Quite apart from Harry's ability to love, it could also refer to Harry's abilityto command or attract love. People are willing to risk their lives for Harry and even die for him simply because they love him. This might show the prophecy in a new light.
This has already been shown since Harry's parents died saving him. By doing this Harry has his mother's protection as we fing out in PS. And in GOF Voldemort also uses Harry's blood to regenerate himself. AND we also know from the prophecy and Dumbledore that Voldemort does not believe in or have the power of Love. Therefore, I believe its possible that Harry may somehow be able to destroy Voldemort from the inside since his blood runs in Voldemort's body.
